The heart of the Production Team is to prioritize God’s presence above all else and to facilitate worship unto him. This begins with individuals, who shape the team’s culture, and ultimately influences everything we capture. Every shot – whether static or moving – is crafted to reduce distraction and help viewers focus on what truly matters.
Rather than opting for risk-free options, the technology and team dynamics are designed for human touch. Our goal is to create opportunities for volunteers to be able to worship as they are participating in the moment. By allowing camera operators to be immersed in the crowd, the results are engaging over-the-crowd shots that are constantly shifting.
To keep the barrier to entry low, our systems are intentionally simple, with gear chosen for easy onboarding. Through live direction, operators are coached in real time on what to look for and framing in a way that honours what God is doing in room.
